ARRR RETURNS POLICY
Ahoy, matey! We be understandin’ that sometimes ye might have second thoughts 'bout the treasure ye claimed from our shop. But fear not! Here's how ye can send back the loot that didn’t quite spark yer pirate spirit.
The Returnin’ of Yer Loot
- Ye've got 30 days from the time ye grabbed the goods to decide if ye wish to part ways with 'em.
- Yer treasure must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition – just as if it were freshly plundered!
- If the loot be apparel, make sure the tags are still attached. No pirate wants to buy worn garb!
- We don’t take kindly to damaged booty, so don’t be sendin’ back anything that’s seen a battle.
Gettin’ Yer Gold Back
Once yer return is approved by the Quartermaster, we’ll refund ye the gold back to yer original payment method within 7-10 days. But be warned, if ye didn’t pay for shipping the first time, the cost may be deducted from yer refund!
How to Send Yer Loot Back
- Send a message to our crew at Baback and we’ll send ye a return label. Aye, yer first return’s on us! But if ye keep sendin' back treasure, ye’ll have to pay for the voyage!
- Pack yer treasure safe and sound, or the Kraken might get it!
- Attach the return label and drop it off at yer nearest port (or post office, if ye be landlocked).
Exchanges
If ye be wantin’ a different size or color, we can swap yer booty at no extra cost – if the treasure’s still in stock. Just follow the steps above, and let us know what ye'd like in exchange.
Returns for Sale Items
All sale items be final sale – no returns or exchanges for discounted booty! So choose wisely, matey.
